Replacement of Defected Product Policy

Goods received within 7 days are returnable or exchangeable if the product has defects. The first day of grace period starts from the day of the products received by the customers. The definitions of the defects are as follows:

Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle

Lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle

Lens has reached expiry date in SEALED bottle

In case of the lens torn/broken/expired, customer must present evidence in the form of photo of the lenses in order to proceed with a replacement. Without a visual evidence, there will be no replacement made. Returned defects products will be inspected thoroughly, and exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of being used.

Return and Exchange Policy

These are the highlights if you proceed to exchange the purchased products.

Return shipping cost is borne by customers.

Resend shipping cost is also borne by customers.

Exchange is possible, only when products condition is still re-sellable upon inspection at our side. (Remain un-opened)

LensFlavors reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints, file after 7 days of grace period.

Complaints that involved non-defected products will be handled as per case basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, please inform us immediately. Please be noted that, no full payment will be refunded, a 10% administration fees of your total amount of purchase will be imposed.

Once your product are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, a 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable. Refund will be processed only after the product is returned to us.

If your parcel are returned to us dues to (incorrect address given by you- unclaimed parcels) and a refund request is made, we will impose a 30% administration fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges, then refund to you the remaining amount.
